When you login to your account and you see a message that you have tiers to be activated on your Dashboard, you click on the Activate Tiers link and that takes you to 'My Memberships' where you click on Activate Tiers again
This will connect you to your wallet so you can Confirm the transaction, Validates it, and if you have enough Gas Fees (it takes less than a $1 for the most part), then your tiers are activated and you start earning.
